It helps to include your device model, your iOS version and the app version, which is shown at the bottom of the You tab.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account, so cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then PsychVerse. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you already bought Premium and it is not showing, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall. Signing in from the You tab keeps a subscription attached to your account rather than to one device.
